The Academy is based on a series of
- Training sessions
- Competency and personality assessment tools
- Executive coaching sessions
All implemented in real-world situations over a 12 month period which are designed to stretch and support the sharpest young leaders in the organization – all while they continue functioning in their existing roles and teams.
The Leadership Development Academy participants meet 6-8 times during the course of the program to conduct deep-dives into learning topics related to their projects and to gain additional skills through targeted coaching sessions.
At the conclusion of the Academy results are measured and lessons are analyzed so these leaders are ready to confidently move to the next level in their career path.
